The Dukal 7420 is a Premium Split Sponge, sized 4×6″, and comes in a sterile pack of 10 per box, with 12 boxes per case. This high-quality product is designed with a unique pre-cut T-slit that provides a snug fit around catheters, tubes, IVs, and tracheotomies, ensuring secure and comfortable placement. The sponge is highly absorbent with a multi-layer (7) design that not only protects wounds but also reduces the frequency of dressing changes. The non-adherent outer layer is specifically designed to prevent the dressing from sticking to the wound, reducing the risk of skin trauma. Additionally, the sponge features thick fluff that absorbs fluid and provides cushioning, while the cellulose sheets effectively wick away and absorb fluid. This product is comparable to the Deroyal 46-132.
